There is a code to watch out for to make sure you have been paid
People eligible for a £300 cost of living payment from the Government have been given a two-week warning, The second round of Cost of Living payments will start to arrive in bank accounts from Tuesday, October 31 - just two weeks away.
The payment will be sent out automatically with no need to apply. To make sure you have had the money watch out for a code in your account - your National Insurance number followed by DWP COL or HMRC COLS, reports The Echo.
