Two men were wounded in a shoot-out early Sunday in East Oakland.
OAKLAND — A shoot-out early Sunday in East Oakland left a 19-year-old man in critical condition and another man wounded, police said.Police said a party was being held at a home in the area and that dozens of people were in attendance.
A dispute happened on the street outside the party and numerous people began exchanging gunfire, police said. What the dispute was about is under investigation. The 19-year-old Richmond man and a 19-year-old El Sobrante man were wounded. The El Sobrante man was in stable condition. Police were trying to determine if the two men were part of the shoot-out or were hit by stray bullets.
