BREAKING: Malik Faisal Akram, 44, from Blackburn, was shot dead on Saturday after taking prisoners at the synagogue in Colleyville on Saturday.
Two men have been arrested in Birmingham and Manchester as part of the investigation into a hostage standoff at a Texas synagogue.
The daylong siege at the Congregation Beth Israel synagogue, about 16 miles northeast of Fort Worth, ended in gunfire.
