SAN ANTONIO — Bexar County authorities say two men – one of whom is allegedly in the U.S. by illegal means – are in custody after paying a 14-year-old girl for sex on multiple occasions.
The two Honduras-born men – 21-year-old Carlos Mejia-Melgar and 19-year-old Josue Dariel Marquez Urrutia – were arrested in the area of Marbach and West Military on Wednesday afternoon. They face multiple charges, including aggravated sexual assault of a child. “We’re happy this mom got involved to the extent that she did," Salazar said."None of us want to be that helicopter parent; we want to know our children are growing up into responsible adults.
