Julian Fort, 24, and Nathan Hendrix, 23, have been jailed since a federal task force arrested them on Friday on charges accusing them of murdering Zion Neal, Akron police said in a news release. The shooting came about 1 a.m. Dec. 12 at the skate park on Derby Downs Drive near the Akron Fulton International Airport, police said. Neal was at the park with a group of people when someone shot Neal several times, police said. An unidentified person drove Neal more than nine miles to Summa Health - Barberton Hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead on arrival, police said.
