"Does the president accept the fact that Russia interfered in the 2016 election in order to help him win?" Todd asked Mulvaney Sunday morning. "Fine," Mulvaney conceded."What happened? The short answer to the question is 'yes.' Russia did attempt to interfere in our election there is no question."
