They’ll be performing at Nichols Park, where Henryetta holds its other big headline event, the Jim Shoulders Spring Roundup Rodeo.
Steve Hahn, president of AT&T Mid States, said Aikman’s drive toward making the festival a success has been evident. Aikman’s concert will raise money for the school district’s academic and athletic programs and the community in general. In a Zoom interview last week, Aikman talked about his concert and its expected impact on the town. Here are some of the highlights:The community has really rallied behind this event, and that’s been important to us. It was important to not just have it be my music festival, but really, in a way have the town have it be Henryetta’s music festival.
