Plans are to unveil the memorial in 2026, just before the 25th anniversary of theThe Courtyard of Honor will include “a special 9/11 memorial to be erected as a tribute to Hershey High School alum and United Airlines flight No. 175 First Officer Michael Horrocks, who tragically lost his life while co-piloting the second plane to strike the World Trade Center,” Tröegs said in a news release.
