The St Mary's College student was rushed to hospital after collapsing in the city centre
The 15-year-old died after collapsing in Liverpool ONE's Browns restaurant on Saturday, October 22, 2022. Members of staff and the public, including off-duty medics, rushed to help the teenager before paramedics arrived at the scene.
The post said: "As we look to the end of a busy half term many in the college community came together this morning to remember Euan McNamara as the 12-month anniversary of his death approaches this weekend. In all cultures and religions, it is the tradition to commemorate the anniversary of the passing of a loved one.
Last year Euan's parents, Sian and Michael put out a tribute to their son. Who they described as "loving" and "caring".
