Neil Billingham's colleagues said he was a 'passionate advocate for mental health awareness'
Neil Billingham, from Carlisle, worked for ITV Border News as a news editor. He was reported missing on Sunday sparking a police appeal.
Cumbria Police tragically found a body in the Warwick Bridge area on Tuesday and was formally identified today as Neil Billingham. Officers said his death is not being treated as suspicious, and a file is being prepared for the coroner.Guy Phillips, editor at ITV Regional News said: "Neil Billingham was a much-loved colleague of ITV Border and worked alongside the team for ten years. A passionate advocate for mental health awareness, he will be greatly missed.
