A police officer who died suddenly while attending a call has received heartfelt tributes from his friends and family. PC Boardman joined West Mercia Police in 2015 and had previously served in the Armed Forces.
Tributes have been paid to a serving police officer after he died suddenly while on duty.
A service spokesperson said: ‘We were called at 12.52pm to a concern for welfare at a private address in Birch Meadow, Broseley. ‘He received advanced life support from ambulance staff but unfortunately, despite their best efforts nothing more could be done to save him and he was confirmed deceased at the scene.’
