Incidents of victimisation included claims of two colleagues not waving to, or acknowledging her, during work on multiple occasions

Translink have paid £12,000 in damages to an employee following a tribunal where it was found that she was victimised by others during her work.

While some of the claims were found to be inconclusive, the tribunal felt that on the balance of probabilities one of the colleagues had engaged in low-level victimisation and that the other had clearly acted aggressively towards her.
