Scattered showers and isolated strong storms possible today
AUSTIN, Texas — Wednesday will bringacross the KVUE area. Our dryline, usually set up across West Texas, will shift east, causing the potential for two rounds of rain.
First, on your morning commute on Wednesday, expect a light, widespread drizzle or light rain. As early as 8 a.m., a plume of moisture will make its way north from the San Antonio area. Most of this will just be light rain but it's possible a few embedded thunderstorms could sneak through. The more active weather for Central Texas will come with the second round of showers and storms in the afternoon and early evening.
