Emergency services were alerted to the incident, involving a black Ford Fiesta, on the A98 near New Pitsligo at around 12.45pm on Sunday.A six-year-old girl and 27-year-old woman were also taken to hospital and treated for serious but not life-threatening injuries.Police are now appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.
