Thanks to this glitch, you'll be able to buff your weapons even before you level them up in the Modern Warfare 3 beta.
Now the MW3 beta has been running for a few days, it seems it’s certainly living up to its beta moniker as a new glitch has come to light. Following hot on the heels of the problems with Battle Rage, it now seems there’s a way to affix attachments to guns before a player is supposed to have the capability too, allowing players to wield more powerful guns than they should have access to. We found this one during our own playtime with the game on MW3, so we can also vouch for it too.
So while you can’t do so in the pre-game lobby or on the usual Gunsmith menu, you can instead change your loadout mid-match, then head the gunsmith there to attach the gun. We did this as you can see below, and we were able to fit four attachments on a level 3 gun. A screenshot of a glitch in MW3 showing a soldier with unique weapon attachments.
