Then, she dove straight into the stigma aspect: "Acne can be so frustrating and the stigma against it is honestly still bullshit. skin is super cool, it protects your body, it helps you exist in the physical world! Pimples help keep shit out of your skin and clean it and protect you!" she wrote. Additionally, she noted that the stigma against acne in America was created by soap companies to convince people they were dirty if they had acne.
