Well, after doing the recommended four rounds in their entirety, my abs definitely agreed with the"challenging" part. My core was truly shaking during theportion, even though I wasn't moving at all and only held each pose for 30 seconds at a time. And one of my favorite parts was that the only"equipment" I needed was a small throw pillow. Tanya incorporated it as"a way to reinforce connection to each movement," she explained in the caption.
