Proceeds support the museum’s educational programming and initiatives;Sophie’s Neighborhood, a nonprofit started by Blackbelly and Santo owner chef Hosea Rosenberg and his wife, Lauren Feder, after, is partnering with Denver and Boulder restaurants for Dine Out for Rare on International Rare Disease Awareness Day. Participating restaurants, which include Mercantile, The Post, Jax Fish House and many more, will contribute a percentage of their sales to life-changing rare disease research.
