“MiCA negotiations may be finished by the middle of 2022, meaning the U.K. must quickly choose how closely it replicates or diverges from MiCA,” Nicholas du Cros, head of compliance and regulatory affairs at CoinShares, a leading digital asset management firm in Europe, said in an email with CoinDesk.
