She also had pain coming from underneath her ribs and went to see a GP who believed it was being caused by her gall bladder.
The cancer had also spread to her lymph nodes and Katie was then given the devastating news that it was stage four cancer.Katie, whose father passed away from cancer in March after being diagnosed just a month after her, is now on her second line of chemotherapy. "I turned around to Rob and said it's going to get me in the end then. I feel like I was probably quite matter of fact about it at the beginning. I never asked for a prognosis and I wouldn't do that now.
