Billionaire Anders Holch Povlsen is a fashion tycoon behind online clothing retailer Asos.
Denmark’s richest man lost three of his four children in the devastating terror attacks in Sri Lanka, it emerged Monday.
Three days before the attacks, Povlsen’s daughter Alma shared a family holiday photo of her siblings, Astrid, Agnes and Alfred — calling them “three little bears” — in front of a swimming pool lined by palm trees.“I can confirm that three children have been killed. We have no further comment and we ask that the family’s privacy is respected at this time,” Jesper Stubkier, communications manager for Holch Povlsen’s wholesale clothing business, Bestseller, told the Press Association.
He and his wife, Anne Storm Pedersen, hold an estimated 200,000 acres of the Highlands, and plan to rewild the landscape to preserve it for future generations, according to the Guardian.
