TheQueen 'could cancel traditional Christmas Day walkabout' as Covid fears rise
The royal walkabout usually sees hundreds of people head to Sandringham but latest reports suggest the Queen may cancel it amid Covid fears.
The monarch, 95, has already "regretfully" decided to cancel the Royal Family's annual pre-Christmas party and lunch as Omicron fears continue to grow. “It could put too many people’s Christmas arrangements at risk if it went ahead,” Rebecca posted on Twitter. The Duke and Duchess were able to squeeze in some festive entertainment recently, as they sat in the posh seats for the Royal Variety Performance on 17 November.
