The people's champ: Houston is fans' top pick to win NCAA Tournament
The University of Houston was the top pick to win the men’s basketball national championship in the NCAA’s Men’s Bracket Challenge Game.
UH, the No. 1 seed in the Midwest Region, was picked on 20.14 percent of the brackets to win the national title, followed by Alabama , the tournament's top overall seed. The two schools were the only teams to reach double figures. Defending national champion Kansas was third, picked to win on 9.63 percent, and Gonzaga was fourth at .UH’s percentage marks the lowest for a most-picked team in the bracket challenge since Villanova in 2018.
