In Pennyslvania, a GOP legislator seeks to rally Republicans and quiet NRA on bill to temporarily take guns from people deemed threats
A Republican lawmaker in Pennsylvania is pushing to make his state the second in the nation with a GOP-controlled legislature to pass such a measure in recent years,
known as a “red flag” law. Rep. Todd Stephens said he was first prompted to look into the idea by a constituent who is a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association.
