The Manor first opened under a different name on New Year's Eve in 1956.
The owners of the beloved venue announced earlier this year, after nearly seven decades open, it would be“We had an amazing run, 66 years, and beat the average quite well,” Keith Sly, the venue’s communications manager, previously said. “But we got to a point where the family that owns it had to make a decision.”
“It has been such an institution in New Jersey,” Ramirez, whose father died in 2013, previously said. “I feel like that one thing that I still felt that connection with my dad is no longer there.”
