Popular West Coast-based chain Nick the Greek has just opened their first location in Dallas-Fort Worth. The Greek street food restaurant opened Aug. 11, 2023, in Irving at 7707 N. MacArthur Blvd., Suite 100.
The franchisee-owned spot serves traditional fare such as pitas, plates, bowls, and salads topped with chicken gyro, lamb, pork souvlaki or beefteki . Sides include hummus, falafel, and Greek fries with feta, garlic and spicy yogurt. For dessert? Try the loukoumades or frozen yogurt topped with baklava.

The Greek football fan died on Monday night in Athens after he was “injured by a sharp object,” Greek police told CNN. The police said they arrested 96 people including 87 Croats and five Greeks.
