Over the last five years, he’s undergone incredible an weight loss journey as he shed 10 stone. And now The Chase’s Mark Labbett looks unrecognisable from when he first made his TV debut in 2003.He’s now the smallest he’s been in 30 years, having shed 63kg, which he achieved by "eating less and drinking more" while putting the focus on his health.
Fans were so distracted by his weight loss that the comments section were soon flooded with people praising him over getting his health back on track. His decision to lose weight came after a serious chat with his doctor after he had been diagnosed with diabetes in 2016. “That lasted about two weeks before she decided, ‘Actually Mark, look at your belly – you need the exercise!’" he said.
