Migratory Bird Fest at the Mitchell Audubon Center will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The annual free festival — which includes live birds and other animals, as well as games, crafts, native plants for sale and nature walks — is presented in partnership with the Bexar Audubon Society. Other activities as part of the festival include golf-cart tours of the wetlands, food trucks and pollinator walks. Vendors located throughout the festival include Bat Conservation International, the Witte Museum, Bexar County Master Gardeners and Morawski Fine Art.
