The first thing I noticed about this bra/crop top is how soft the fabric is. It\u2019s so smooth to touch. It\u2019s also easy to put on, despite the cross back strap detailing, which by the way, is super flattering. Ideal for yoga-style workouts and Pilates AKA, low impact workouts, this bra is non-wired and covers cleavage with a mesh panel above the boob area. So, if you\u2019re downward-dogging, there\u2019s no chance of a slip.The bra inserts were quite visible through my gym top which I wore on top of the bra, but as this is more of a crop top style bra, you might choose to forgo the gym top altogether. "It’s also a good idea to try moving around in it – jumping around and swinging your arms is usually a good indicator of how well the bra will support you when running. If you experience pain or discomfort, then try another sports bra," explains Rebecca."Sports bras should be replaced every six to 12 months depending on how often they are used and washed," says Rebecca, adding that a sports bra will last around 30 to 40 washes.
