When you’ve been winning snowboarding competitions since age 13, you need to keep things interesting to keep progressing.
For Canadian snowboarder Sébastien Toutant, the first-ever Olympic gold medalist in men’s big air, that means upleveling everything, not just tricks on the slope. When he’s shooting hoops, he’s balancing on a stability ball and shooting backward to get nothing but net. And when he’s in the gym, he’s conjuring parkour courses from kettlebells and Bosu balls.
