In the No. 55 Oldsmobile from the Jackson brothers, Parsons started third, led five times for 52 laps , and finished ahead of Bobby Allison, Bodine, Terry Labonte, and Ken Schrader. He led the final 15 laps and had no real issues holding off Allison at the end.
