, I usually stick to the same couple silhouettes when it comes to swimsuits. If it ain't broke, why fix it, right? As I've gotten older, I've started to fall in love with how classic one-piece swimsuits are. When belted one-piece swimsuits started becoming a major trend this year, I didn't have to go way out of my comfort zone to give it a try.
In fact, the belted one-piece trend could not have come at a better time. You see, I went through a surgery a couple of months ago where I ended up with four scars across my stomach. While I'm not ashamed in any way, I was told by the doctor to keep the scars away from direct sunlight for a while to let them heal, so wearing a bikini was sadly out of the question.
