Our state’s traditional fossil fuel industry isn’t getting left behind, either. The clean energy plan has measures that create opportunities for market incumbents willing to adapt. There are currentlywith $7 billion in funding that Texas can use to create hydrogen hubs. Most traditional energy companies understand that transitioning to net zero must happen and want in on the action.
