Christopher Ratcliff, 36, of Gilmer, Texas, was wanted on warrants issued out of Harrison County for first-degree murder, aggravated kidnapping with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
BANGOR, Maine — The U.S. Marshals Service on Thursday announced a fugitive from Texas has been captured in Maine.
Law enforcement was able to identify Ratcliff as a passenger in a vehicle in Bangor and took him into custody without incident. The U.S. Marshals Service, Maine Violent Offender Task Force announced the arrest of Christopher Ratcliff, who was wanted for First Degree Murder, Aggravated Kidnapping with a deadly weapon, and Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon:
