This season the Aggies finished a victory shy of the next best thing between the old rivals: A&M and UT colliding in a super regional in their home state with a berth in the CWS on the line.
The Cardinal became the last of college baseball’s version of the Sweet 16, with Monday night’s typical late start on the West Coast.this past weekend to advance to one of the eight super regionals, were rooting for the Aggies in the Stanford regional.
