There are so many factors that are involved in being a good quarterback. You’ve got to have protection, which for the most part Mills has. You’ve also got to have multiple weapons, which Mills doesn’t have. And I think that’s contributed to his numbers dropping. However, it is likely that changes to his staff will occur. Some coaches will move on for other jobs, and you may see Smith decide to go in a different direction with others.
