Shooting took place at a residence in the Hickory Hill neighborhood of Memphis, Tennessee.
The shooting came after a similar incident that killed a 10-year-old boy outside his home in Memphis.
WREG reported 10-year-old Jadon Knox was shot and killed while playing in the front yard of his home in the Orange Mound neighborhood on Sunday night.the boy was shot by a man in a white Nissan Altima or Infiniti. No arrests have been made in that case.Officers responded to New Willow Road at around 3 p.m. on Tuesday, police. An unidentified male victim was taken to hospital in a critical condition. He later died of his injuries.
Police said the suspect in the shooting is a man, aged between 18 and 20, with a light complexion and dreadlocked hair in a mohawk. He was wearing a black hoodie and last seen running eastbound on New Willow Road.Anyone with information about either shooting is urged to call police on 901-528-CASH. A 6-year-old girl has died after being critically injured in a drive-by shooting in Memphis, Tennessee.
