Parents have been left divided over one teacher’s recommendations
From piecing together the perfect bedtime routine to figuring out exactly what time your child should go to bed, parenting would not be parenting without a lot of trial and error.
A teacher has shared an easy chart that shows the precise time children between five and 12 should go to bed based on their age and what time they wake up in the morning. As a result, if the same nine year old was to have a different wake-up time of 6.15am, they should be in bed by 8pm. Another added: “In a perfect world, yes. But not every child is the same nor can alot of parents follow this because of lifestyle.”
