AN ANGRY man who lashed out at two young boys after they refused his offer of a daffodil was jailed today for 14 months.The 36-year-old had earlier approached the nine and 16-year-olds near a play park.Man jailed over drugs, money and stun gun find - and he had one item disguisedHe later claimed he tried to give one of the boys the flower because he was a"wee sweetheart."He also admitted behaving in a threatening or abusive manner towards both of the victims.

Mark Dunbar, defending, told the court McKay had taken a mixture of alcohol and drugs and has"no recollection" of the incident. Sheriff Joan Kerr told McKay:"You acted this way towards the young boys who would have been shaken up and effected by it.
