They have all been convicted of crimes against women
These men have all committed crimes against women. From using the woman they claim to love as human punchbags to making chilling threats to women walking alone, each has caused misery to their victims.
The woman told officers she was scared of Jenkins and could not tell other people what had happened as they would call the police. Officers described her demeanour as "absolutely petrified" and she said the only way she could see out of the situation would be to take her own life, which she had considered.Aaron Burns
The defendant then ran off and the victim sought help. Burns, of no fixed address, was arrested and linked to the offence using CCTV footage. John Rice, from Southport, also cruelly told the victim that he hoped her sick mother would die "and then you'll have no one". The 'terrifying' attack happened in The Wellington Pub at around 2pm on August 14 last year.
Mrs Wyld was left feeling "a shell of her former self" after being thrown around the living room. Now, Wyld is beginning a 23 month prison sentence.
