UPDATE: Multiple SWAT vehicles were seen at the location, including an armored Bearcat and teargas. The standoff has finally come to an end with the individual detained.
For hours, residents at Summer Glen Apartments were not allowed back to their homes Sunday afternoon.
“They knocked out one of the bedroom windows. they shot the smoke in. Then they end up coming back around and shooting out the second window in the bedroom,” the neighbor said. “I truly believe this is a little excessive. I wish, I really wish, wish, wish that I could have just went in and knocked on the door and probably got his attention” the neighbor said.
