Frisco police officers fatally shot a burglary suspect. Texas Rangers are investigating the shooting.
Frisco officers responded to a report of a burglary in the 5500 block of Lorraine Drive when the suspect opened fire and officers shot back, a Texas Department of Public Safety news release said.The suspect died, according to DPS. The person’s identity has not yet been made public, pending confirmation from the Tarrant County medical examiner’s office.
