Dominion is seeking $1.3 billion in damages, claiming Mike Lindell defamed the company in saying their voting machines were rigged in favor of Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential election.

The Supreme Court ruled that the defamation lawsuit against MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell can continue after they declined his attempt to block the case.

No vote count was made public. Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson did not take part in consideration of the case.
