And it was a shock, as Cox revealed that the show filmed a fake scene to make people think that someone else would die in this final season., the actor said:"I'm hopeless at keeping secrets. It was a triumph, an absolute triumph. I was very proud of myself, I used to check myself in the mirror and say, 'Well done, Brian, Really well done.'
"They are silly buggers, a lot of these people who make these programmes. So what happened was they invented that I was to play at this church. "I was on my way to film this scene and I got a call saying, 'Oh, we're so behind and it's a scene that will never be used because it's your funeral, so don't come.' And I thought, 'No, I've got to go, I better go.'
