– Xfinity by Comcast users reported outages Wednesday morning across multiple states, including Florida., issues began pouring in around 10 a.m. It was around that time the internet also went down at the News4JAX station where employees were left waiting patiently for IT to resolve the issue .
News4JAX viewers reached out saying their internet cut off in the middle of working. Other users took to Twitter to see what was going on.“So much work to do and flipping Comcast Xfinity having a ‘planned outage’ - now wondering if it’s worth driving to a coffee shop,” another user wrote.The outages also appeared to at least temporarily affect some businesses’ online ordering capabilities.
News4JAX learned around 12:15 p.m. that customers should be back online soon, according to a Twitter reply from Xfinity to a customer.
