Students at Central Pa. middle school evacuated in wake of a bomb threat; no one in danger: police

All students were evacuated from Shippensburg Area Middle School on Tuesday after a bomb threat was received. At about midday, Connie Murphy, a spokeswoman for the Shippensburg Police Department, said no students or staff were in danger. She said first responders remained on the scene as the situation remained under investigation.Details on the nature of the threat and the time it was received were not immediately available.
