With Freshers Week underway, many students will be looking at the best student bank accounts currently on offer. The overdraft limit and perks vary depending on which bank you choose.

This account offers a guaranteed 0% overdraft each year, plus a free four-year railcard which is worth £100.
It also strongly recommends the NatWest Student Account, the HSBC student account and the Nationwide FlexStudent account.
