Pleased, the man sold him another piece of I-10 frontage property 9 miles away in Hankamer, where Raza built a brand-new Stuckey’s that includes a Baskin-Robbins counter and old-timey souvenirs.Raza expanded into Orange County and, with his brothers Zain and Ali, now own four franchise stores in the region.
