Strictly Come Dancing's Angela Scanlon has revealed that she was reported to Hertfordshire Police after being recorded dancing while hanging out of a moving car.
The 39-year-old appeared to not be wearing a seatbelt as she danced out the window - which was filmed by a passenger in the front of the car. But she reported and released a statement apologising for her actions. She said: "'I made absolutely the wrong decision when I filmed this video. I was coming from rehearsals and was giddy with excitement. That's not an excuse, because what I did was stupid and I'm sorry I let my excitement get the better of my judgement."
