The two stunned viewers when Angela performed a high during a sensational Cha Cha Cha to "Get the Party Started". Kai and Angela shared the update on Instagram as they apologised for their social media silence during another gruelling week of training. Kai said: "Long working week actually of training. Sorry we haven't been very active on socials. Naughty us." He added: "We've been working hard on the old quickstep which we've discovered is very quick and has lots of steps. "
Angela jokingly took aim at her dancer as she said she can't wait to once again light up the dancefloor. She added: "That's not what you said at the beginning of the week.
